Die Türkei setzt Wasser als Waffe gegen Rojava ein.
Rojava kämpft für die Revolution auf den Prinzipien von Basisdemokratie, Frauen*befreiung und sozialer Ökologie und die Frauen* sind die Vorreiter_innen dieser Revolution. Die Water for Rojava Kampagne unterstützt lokale Institutionen der autonomen Selbstverwaltung bei Wasserprojekten. Z.B. bei der Bewässerung einer Landwirtschaftskooperative von Frauen* in der Region Derik, um die wirtschaftliche Autonomie der Frauen und das kollektive Leben zu stärken sowie die Region mit Gemüse zu versorgen.
